We’ve added a new calendar to the website. This should be of great use to all of us as we try to keep track of what is happening and when in the Pathways community.
You can alway find the calendar under the “Connecting” section of the navigation menu.
The official launch of Pathways is now behind us. It was wonderful to see all of you who came out to be a part of Pathways. We hope that Pathways can be a church community that, as Dean described, can truly worship One, while loving all.
With home gatherings starting this week, we look forward to beginning the rhythm of Pathways. Come to one of the home gatherings and join us as we begin to establish this rhythm in our lives.
Unfortunately, the podcast won’t be available this week. In the recording of the sermon, Dean’s voice sounded like a garbled Darth Vader shouting inside his mask, minus the labored breathing. This is, perhaps, just one of the kinks we will have to work out.
Special thanks must be extended to the launch team who have been meeting for the last several months. In helping make our first weekend gathering happen, they served behind the scenes in ways that perhaps even Dean and I don’t fully know. More thanks go to Common Ground Church in Maple Valley. They sent five people our way to help make sure things went smoothly.
Now that this infant church is born, may God nurture us in the months and years to come as we grow toward maturity.
This is it! This Sunday, we celebrate the official launch of our weekend gatherings! Each Sunday morning is a time where our whole church community gathers together. Anyone is welcome to join us as we connect with each other, express our worship to God, and study the teachings of Jesus as they relate to our lives.
