For those of you who are new to the Pathways community since the launch, or for those who are interested in being a part of Pathways, we invite you to come have pizza with the pastors. The pizza is on us!
This will be an informal time for the whole family. We just want to spend some time getting to know you better, and to make ourselves available to answer any questions you might have about Pathways.
We will gather at 5pm on Sunday, January 29 at Romio’s overlooking Silver Lake (map). If you are able to join us, please RSVP by sending an email to info@findpathways.com or calling 425.379.PATH. (Be sure to let us know how many will be coming.)
Vision is a new context where we can gather together to celebrate, dream about, and pray about the shaping of Pathways. In a sense, it is a leadership meeting, but it is open to anyone who desires to help shape the direction of Pathways through the leading of the Spirit. We will meet on the third Sunday of each month, beginning this week. This Sunday, we will meet at the Chandlers’ home from 6-8pm — see the home gatherings page for directions. For those of you with children, child care will be provided.
This week, we begin a new teaching series entitled The Story of God. All of history is His story. We will start at the very beginning as we track how God’s work in this world has unfolded through time.
God’s work both in history and now has more meaning as we see how each of the events fits into the greater whole. Whether you’ve been part of a church your whole life, or you are just curious what the story contained within the Bible is about, this will be a valuable journey. We hope you can make it with the rest of us.
With the holidays behind us, home gatherings return this week. If you’ve been attending our weekend gatherings, this is a great time to connect with a home group. If you haven’t attended a weekend gathering, but just want to connect with the Pathways community is a very casual setting, you are welcome to drop in on one of the home gatherings.
